Fixed Spooling Error/printer still not working

I followed instructions on how to correct the spooling error, safe mode, deleting drivers for printer, etc. I am no longer getting the spooling error,I have reloaded all of the drivers, but if I go to print it stays in the queue and then gets an error and won't print. The printer is in the printer list and has a green check mark next to it. I have an HP laserjet and it shows the driver for it. However, I also have a hp photojet and it won't even recognize the driver. They were both working just fine and this happened all of a sudden. They are both connected by USB ports in the back of my computer. I don't know what else to do? Any help would be appreciated :) Thanks:huh:

You can try the following steps:
1) uninstall drivers from the system.
2) go to c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers & rename the file by the name of W32X86 to
old.old
3) Check the registry for driver traces: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CURRENT CONTROL SET -> CONTROL -> PRINT -> PRINTERS -> (if u see the printer listed over there, then delete it) -> then open ENVIRONMENTS folder -> Windows NT X86 -> Drivers -> Version3 -> if you see the printer listed over there then delete that folder.
4) Now restart the system & begin the driver installation.
5) If you still face the same issue then go to device manager & under universal serial bus controller & look for USB printing support & then right click on it & uninstall it.
6) Then restart the system.
