I've got a vista home premium x64. i think its my driver since its giving a fault of nvlddmkm.sys

My problem is that i get the famous "bluescreen" physical memory dump, some info of it:

*** nvlddmkm.sys - Address FFFFFA600361AB10 base at FFFFFA6003608000, Datestamp 49fa9da5 ***
