.ocx help with Vista 64?

I'm having trouble getting Comdlg32.ocx to run on my computer. I have been getting an error message "COMDLG32.OCX or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

I have tried extracting into my system32 file directly and then running the elevated command prompt "regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX" yet I'm getting nowhere.

I'm also getting an error message "The module () failed to load. Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .dll files. The Specified module could not be found."

I'm at a loss on how to get the .ocx to load, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If it helps, I'm using Vista 64bit Home Premium.
