| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Problem installing HP Printer I am running Vista Home Premium. I had to reformat and now my printer drivers will not install. I have a C5280 AIO. I have tried my original disk as well as the newest version from HP. Is there any way to stop Vista from installing the drivers? Can I stop plug & play? The USB printer is recognized during the install, but then Vista pops up with its own message that it wants to install the drivers. I am supposed to cancel it so that HP can continue to install them. When I cancel it the software just hangs and never continues. I've tried everything that I can think of. Tried everything on HP's site also. |
