Help!

I don't know if this is the right place to put it, but my usb ports won't work! ): It says code error 10. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that doesn't work.. Someone please help?

Btw, it's been like that for awhile now, possibly a month?

could you fill in your system specs (lower left corner) so that we know what kind of hardware yo have? also 32bit or 64, clean install or upgrade?

Aslo could you use a larger font?

You dont know what your hardware is? who makes the computer? whats its model number? how much ram is in it? If you dont know how to find things like this how can you expect to install grivers, or diaxnose problems?

Open up the start menu. and msinfo32 and hit enter. Then note the RAM, CPU, and Vista service pack. Also take a look at Belarc advisor. Post that.

You are running Vista SP1, try SP2 and see if the problem disappears:
