NTLDR

This pops up occasionally and says it's missing. I re-start and press F12 and then hit enter & then everything fine. Without having to re-install Vista H.P. is there a way around this problem? Also when I google something Firefox says it can't open the site, does this have a bearing on the NTLDR?

I'll be very grateful for and feedback,
Steve.

First thing I would recommend doing is checking your BIOS.. Try resetting it to defaults and then saving the changes. I would ALSO recommend updating the BIOS on your system, because the BIOS is the first thing we want to look at when having an issue such as this.. What is the model number of your computer?

And also, when did this issue start ocurring ( This is important )..

Thanks Timmah, for your answer as yet I haven't done anything until you've seen what my computer is, just in case there is a bearing on the machine type.
