where do i start,first i havent been able to update with vista for several months im on home basic 32bit.i contacted microsoft and all there answers were to be honest very complicated so i gave up in frustration.now ive just tried to use my motorola phone to put some pics of the kids across to the computer and its not working,i had just updated the software with it.i get a message saying i need to update from windows code number 941600 but im even having trouble doing that,i figure if i can i can then update my drivers to again work on motorola.please please help.
