Hi,
Ever since I started using Windows Vista Professional, I haven't been able to switch between trays in HP 4350 Printer. When I go to printing preference, the printer source is doesn't list down the trays that are active. I checked with HP Printer drivers for Vista, even after replacing the drivers I couldn't resolve the problem as yet.
Due to this the end users have found it very difficult to perform custom printing jobs. Basically, I have been able to print by opening the tray 2 - 3 door, then I can easily print on something from Tray 1 (manual feed in).
Basically, the source is always set to Automatic. Can not select other trays which are active.
Please give me a solution for this problem.
