I did a diagnostic report on my computer and it says a driver is not installed for my printer. My printer prints fine but I'm trying to learn how to scan from my printer to my computer and I think this might be the problem. Do I need to put the original disk for my printer and install it again?? Thanks for the help....

I tried to install the printer again, and it seemed like it hung up. I can't remember how long it took it when I originally installed it. Do I wait indefinetly or is it not working properly since I already have it installed?? Thanks

Insert the needed information and download HP Deskjet Full Feature Software and Drivers.

You will need the software if you want to scan.

I installed the Full Version, now what do I do?? I'm checking also in my Window's Photo Gallery and trying to scan from there, but nothing shows up in the window to choose from. If I just want to scan a document so I can email it, where do I start?? Thanks

You should now have a program called HP Solution Center.

Open it and it will give you the options you need.
