PCI / USB driver problem

Everytime I restart my computer I get a bunch of "found new hardware" and its all my pci/usb devices. If i click "ask me later" it works fine and I can use the front usb ports on my CM Storm case. If i click "dont ask me again" they stop working completely. Note under Device Manager all these devices claim to be "This device is working properly"

Except I have 1 unknown device that says it hasent installed a driver yet and when I try to install it I get.

NVIDIA nForce PCI System Management

An error occurred during the installation of the device:

The driver installation file for this device is missing a necessary entry. This may be because the INF was written for Windows 95 or later. Contact your hardware vendor.

Lately my computer has been choking itself so ive been fixing anything I can find to help. Any support will be appreciated.

Ive been installing any microsoft updates that appear with "Windows Update" on my computer. I went to Microsoft's site for help but their autofix program ended up giving me the same error after it found the driver aswell.

I betcha that all your stuff is working just fine tho, right ? Here is a thing i think you could check on tho. Go to the manufacture of said driver, Or at very least, the computer make and model number and get the latest version of your drivers, Download them and save . Then go to your Device Manager and go to the yellow icon, do the Update thing, but have it install/search from your computer files. Have it install that driver ,, only if it was one applicable. Do ya understand what i just typed? As , this is a situation that alot of user will see, but, even with latest drivers, some such things will just not work out. Give my idea a shot and let us/me know how this works out please.
