Warcraft III Help Please

Hi,

well i recently got the Windows Vista Ultimate 64x and well i transfered everything over and am still slowly installing the softeare on a need basis and well i have been playing Warcraft III: TFT for about a week now but i wanted to go into the options and change the resolution since i have a nice 22" samsung monitor and every time i try to get into options i get an error.

This application has encountered a critical error:

FATAL ERROR!

Program: c:\program files (x86)\warcraft iii\war3.exe
Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 0023:6F021242

The instruction at '0x6F021242' referenced memory at '0x0000001f8'.

Press OK to terminate the application.

now i am administrator, there are no other accounts. i have tried running as admin and i have changed the compatibility to run on windows xp sp2 settings. i have tried with UAC on and UAC off. i have retried many times and restarted my computer many times. i am really stuck on what i should do any help would be great.

~Thanks
