PES 2008 and NAT probs on 360

I want to play PES2008 online, as i did so on PES6, and the experience of it is great, however, when i do go on live, it tell me i may have problems, as my NAT is strict or moderate. on my router, my NAT is enabled because as far as i am aware, its buggered when disabled. i dont want to change many router setting if poss, due to it being a family router. i connect to xbox live buy ethernet, which is connected to my laptop, and that is connected to wireless. i have no problems whatsoever on my other games, only PES.

Any help on the NAT prob is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
