Vista - frontlines fuel of war

i have a problem with vista home premium 64bit when try to start frontlines-fuel of war. when i try started the game Im getting a microsoft message saying:

Frontlines Game has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

i have tried everything.. plz help

machine spec... vista home premium 64bit...
intel quad qore 2.4ghz.. asus rampge motherboard... 4gb hyperX ddr2... asus ati eah4870... 1tb sata hard disc.....

Do you have the lastest patch for the game also when did this start.

no thats my other problem i can find a patch there will install with that version i have 1.0.0 i have tries almost every patch i could find..
sorry my bad english i am danish and english is not strong side..

Actually, (not to revive a dead thread) but I have the same exact problem. I tired of COD4 and after standing in Best Buoy for 30 minutes, I picked on a whim (I had looked up the games I was interested online but hadn't decided what I wanted) Frontlines.

Loaded fine, and then I immediately updated the game with the two patches out there and started having a ball playing the Single Player. Until I got halfway through the 3rd chapter (Russian Space facility), when the game tried to load the next map I would get that error. Drove me crazy. I went to the game makers Kaos Studios forum requesting help and the only suggesting they had was for me to do the Registry thing where I turned everything off, rebooted and tried to see if one of the behind the scene apps was interfereing and for me to turn the UAC off.

Well neither worked (though I did keep the annoying UAC off) and I quit playing the game after only a week (feel a bit jipped about).

Strange enough, multiplayer worked fine and I had no issues there, but I didn't play it that much because I am not a fan of Battlefield type games online.

So, does anyone here have a suggestion?
