Vista - Would I b able to Play WoW with this?

I have in my town a computer shop ( The only one ) and I saw on there site a Computer that they got out for 1299$ here are the stats:

For 1299$ You could get a lot better then this. Heres what I would do, First if you already have a Screen , keybord , Mouse , I suggest that you sell only your base to someone that will buy it. i saw your other post about your computer. I say you should sell arround 200-400$. Then with that money you will be able to spend on a NEW base. You should ask the seller/Tech and Specify that you want to play WoW. Say that you want only the base and mostly the guy will show you a good base with a good Video Card. You will even pay LESS and have a better WoW experience.
