Hi There,

Did you ever solve this, I have the same issue. In Full screen mode, the screen will blink out to black for a couple of seconds and then come back to the panel. It does not happen in windowed view. This only started happening recently, and I assume it was when some custom planes were added

Hey there, no I never have solved this, the Graphics card I run is a Radeon 3450, and it is not in dual mode. It only seems to have started after I added some add-on planes.

I had the same problem...
1)Are the planes payware or freeware
2) Flashing only occurs randomly on mine, but goes after a while (happens once of twice, and thats it)
3)Resolution, may be the problem?
4)If all else fails, use other sites to download planes or replace the 2D panels with other panels, developers have created.

A few good and free useful sites for good planes are:

Flight Simulator X Downloads: fsx downloads, FS2004, FSX Aircraft, FSX/FS2004 Addons Downloads

The World's Largest Freeware Dedicated Flight Simulator Website - Microsoft Flight Simulator X, FSX, FS2004 FS2004, FS2002, FS2000, FS98, Combat Flight Simulator 3, CFS3, CFS2 & CFS Add-ons!

AVSIM Online - Flight Simulation, Flightsim, flight sim, flight simulator, fsx, fs10 (Currently file library not accesible due to the recent attacks on their server, but nevertheless should be back soon)

Hope this has helped
