Crashing.

My pc is

Rocketfish 700W PSU
E8400 C2D (stock cooler)
8800GT
2xFatal1ty 1GB sticks pc8500 RAM
ASUS P5N-D motherboard
WD "green" 250GB HDD


I thought for a long time it was heat related but now i have ruled that out i think.. I am getting crashes even with safe temps. BUT... Only when im playing games. No BSOD or anything. Just "Poof" its off.. And i have tried 2 PSU. Im not sure what it is. But its very very annoying. Any help would be apreciated!
