Re: Error code help

hello Nikki24
what game are you trying to play and what are your system specs ?, does any other game play on your comp or are they all showing this error ?, i would check to see if i had the latest video drivers and that my directx is upto date. here is the link for directx, you will have to go to your card makers site to update the card drivers. is this a new problem or have you had it for a while ?

Re: Error code help

hi,

thanks for replying, well the game i was trying to play was Virtual families, a game by big fish, but not all games react with this error, only few of the games such as this one always show me this error. And this sort of problem i was experiencing it in the very beginning.

Im really sorry if i sound stupid but what system specifics are you looking for? becuase im very new to this stuff and im not very good at computers *blush* but this is all what i know:

im using a acer aspire 4920 and its an intel core 2 duo processor, 1.83 GHz, 667 MHz FSB, 2 MB L2 cache.

if this isnt the info your looking for (which i kinda think it isnt :P) just let me know which specification your looking for ill find that out for you.

thank again for your help and cooperation

regards,

nikki

Re: Error code help

hi again,
found this site, it seems you are not the only one with this problem, try some of the solutions on this site, it is the game makers site so it should be what you are looking for, hope this helps.
