Vista - Half-Life 2 Cinematic Mod 10.0

Just installed it and its a definate improvement over the Original. It modifies hl2 and episode 1 and 2 as well.

When you install it go to the start menu and youll see something called Character Pimper. Just click on that and set them to what you want, then run the game and set every video setting to max.

Download only took about an hour and half and the install took just over half an hour i think. The only problem with it, is it uses STEAM

Downloaded it while in bed last night, took about half an hour to install, and just had a bit of a play with it and the new textures are just amazing. Like what's been said, I always loved the graphics to HL2, but this mod just takes it to a whole new level

I hate torrents as well but I do have a Rapidshare account, got it exactly because I hate torrents and there are some cool mods for the games I play and I got tired of waiting a month to download all the links.

Rapidshare's only worth it if you have an account. Downloading this on a free account will take all year!

I don't think there's anything wrong with torrents when downloading legit files. I get decent speeds, like this file, I was averaging about 1MB/s.
