Re: WoW FPS

Just completely bring all of the video settings and audio settings to the lowest. Play in windowed mode for sure. Also if you are constantly 'freezing up' or 'lagging,' just drop the resolution down a little bit if you want to lose some detail for performance.

but playing in windowed mode will hit his fps even more , close to 15-20% more

Hello Yasser85,
Play in full screen, this will help FPS.
More ram will help the system performance, and have a small knock on effect with games, but unless the graphics card is up to it, all the ram in the world will not help.
You need to go in to the game, and go to options and lower all settings.
Hope this helps, good luck and post your results.

Agreed I almost always play a game with the "low" settings. You really can't tell the difference appearance wise but you sure can tell on the performance.

Extra ram will help a little, maybe 5 extra FPS. If you can turn shadows off, do so, I get about 10 more FPS without shadows on my old desktop. If your drivers are up to date that might help as well.

I would suggest doing this. You will see a great improvement in gameplay and FPS will increase.
