| Vista Home Premium X64 | Logitech g15 Greetings! So I recently bought a g15, i'm a GM, and I play MMO's so I figured it would be a handy addition to my set up. Much to my dismay, it freezes basically any and every game that it touches. Sometimes (and only sometimes) the "unplug it and plug it back in when the game is loaded" work around actually works, but it is rare. I would love for my keyboard to just actually work without having to jump thru hoops each time I wanted to do something. Also, turning off all the extra drivers for it, well that kind of defeats the purpose of using it if i kill the drivers for it's monitor and macro keys. Any help would be beyond appreciated at this point because as of now my old PS/2 keyboard works better than the g15, and my wallet is very sad about that. |

| Vista Ultimate x64, SP2 | Re: Logitech g15 Hello Plutonia, What drivers are you using ?, i will post the link to Logitech for your drivers. Logitech > Support + Downloads > Downloads > Keyboards > G15 Keyboard I use the G15 and cant find any fault with it. It may help if you fill in your system specs and provide a bit more information about the games. Also, have you scanned for all games on your HDD, and have you set any Macros or game profiles yet ?. Check that you have the latest drivers and post your specs, thanks. |

I suggest uninstalling and installing again with Elevated Admin Rights |

| Vista Home Premium X64 | Re: Logitech g15 First, Thanks for all the responses. Second, it is not just one game, it is every game. Third, I used the most up to date drivers Logitech had on their site for x64 systems. System Specs: 8gb ram, AMD phenom x4 9850 processor, nvidia geforce 9600gs. I have not scanned for all the games recently, and there haven't been many macro's made except for one game because of how regularly it causes the game to freeze. One other thing to clarify, as soon as I unplug the keyboard, everything goes back to normal, plug it back in, game re freezes. This happens when I am running all the newest drivers as well as absolutely no drivers with my computer thinking it's just a plain usb keyboard. |

| Vista Ultimate x64, SP2 | Re: Logitech g15 The only thing i can suggest is to try disabling programs to see if one is conflicting with the keyboard/games, i would disable all the LCD programs, then move on to programs you have running in the background, the only positive thing i can tell you is that if it turns out to be the keyboard Logitech's after sales are great. Also, I'm guessing you have tried a different USB port and you don't have any USB devices plugged in to the keyboard. Sorry i cant be of more help. Good luck and let us know how it goes. |

| Vista x64 + Windows 7 x64 (Ultimate) | Re: Logitech g15 I may be completely off here but I have a funny feeling that you have a IRQ conflict with the keyboard and another device that uses a USB port or the same IRQ that windows is assigning to the keyboard. What I try when something like this happens... I unplug all the USB devices from the PC or I go to the Device Manager and Uninstall all the USB devices and then restart or Run the Scan for new Hardware now and let it set the IRQ's on its own. |
