i cant find my directx9 program thing i pressed start then searched and when i click on the folder its empty

Press enter, then save all information and upload the .txt file. Choose the 64-bit option and save that instead if you x64.

you have vista , its directX 10 and backwards compatible with any DX9 game or app

why is that stopping you play a game in windowed mode?

i dunno even when i run the thing that makes the game windowed mode run as admin or normal it wont work the game will just go full screen
