I'm just wondering whether these specs of a desktop that i'm hoping to buy are any good for high quality gaming graphics and speed. For games like empire total war. If these specs are not good enough please could anyone recommend a suitable setup for high quality graphic gaming. :

  • Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 processor.
  • 2.66GHz processor speed.
  • 3MB cache.
  • 4GB DDR2 RAM.
  • 320GB SATA hard drive capacity.
  • Blu-ray drive with DVD-RW/+RW.
  • nVidia GeForce G100 graphics card with 256MB graphics memory.
  • Microsoft Windows Vista Premium
Many thanks

The graphics card will not give you "high quality gaming graphics and speed", it is an entry level card, which means it will cope with films, but not intense graphics.
The good news is, it is easily upgradeable to a bigger card, if your PSU will take it.
