Games won't start

A week ago I was playing Civilization 5 and it suddenly crashed and I got this blue screen full of numbers and letters. When I restarted my pc none of my games worked, and they still don't. When I try to run MW2 I get an error saying "DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error". When I try to run Civ5 it says the game has stopped working. And when I try to run MoH I get 2 messages saying: "General protection fault! History: address = 0xffe17e66 and Runtime Error! program: c:\program files (... R6025 - pure virtual function call.

Also after I got that blue screen, I got a new startup screen image aswell. Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting click the link, if you have seen that before maybe you know whats wrong.

I have browsed the web for solutions, so far nothing has worked. I have updated my drivers and graphics card, I have also done a full system recovery in hopes of fixing it, but it didn't. So far I believe this to be a directx problem, but I dont got a clue how to fix this. I'm hoping anyone here know what to do.

Hi,

I would think it's a motherboard or graphics card memory fault?

As you say you have replaced the graphics card your left with one other choice!

Your Graphics card is fried, any screen artifacts will show like that if there is anything wrong with your graphics processing unit. Sorry
