Windows 7/XP Games on Vista

Hey guys, I just ordered Duke Nukem Forever and I realized the format was for Windows 7/xp. The version for Vista was twice as much since it came with a bunch of extras I don't want. So I was wondering if I could still run the Windows 7/xp version on Vista or not.

It should be just fine. Win 7 is an optimized version of Vista.

I bet the "Vista" version is/was a bundle when Vista came out, with all your unwanted extra crap.

Unless a member actually has the game the best he or she could do is guess. I do not have the game, but my guess would be if it works with XP and Seven, it is ok for Vista. But why guess take this test:
