My Brother found a cd rom of an old game that I Have been looking for. I put the disk in my computer to install it and it did not immediately start installing or prompt me about installing the game....How do I install the game? I can't figure it out at all... I can't even find where my disk drive is on the operating system to install it that way.

Note: I am technologically challenged and am not at all used to using Vista (I've only used Windows XP before a last month when I got my laptop w/vista) So please make it easy to understand.

I am horrible with this stuff, so I could really use your help

It looks like that process is used to load the whole operating system from the disk drive, is there anyway to find the disk drive and make it install the game while I'm in Vista?

Hi,

Open the (CD Device) game disk in Windows explorer on My Computer & run the setup or Autorun file. OK?

Turns out Vista had an error in that it was no longer recognizing my disk drive. My brother explained it to me step by step in computer illiterate language how to fix it and install the game so I got it all figured out. I appreciate the tips though.
