| Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit | Call Of Duty 2.. :( I need help, every time my COD 2 cd tries to install Vista asks me to choose the auto play option and when i select auto play vista throws me an error saying "Access is denied", what does this mean? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| Windows Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: Call Of Duty 2.. :( Are you installing it as Administrator? Try navigating to the CD rom drive where the COD2 disc is, explore it and right click the .exe installer, then select "Run as Administrator".... see if that works. |

| Vista64 | Re: Call Of Duty 2.. :( In Vista the menu that autostarts doesnt work,you have to go to the explorer and run the file there.Its the same when you want to play, dont use the autorunmenu,,Just your shortcut on the desktop. |

| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: Call Of Duty 2.. :( The problem is that the autorun menu uses Flash. Go install it from adobe.com and problem will be solved. This will also happen on some other games that use Flash. (Quake 4) |

The MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) is damaged or is not installed properly. There is an issue with the CD-ROM media. For example, the program CD-ROM is damaged or dirty. probably a damaged disk |
