Sluggish performance

Hi all , had my new system for a few weeks now most things seem fine but things like installing (games or programs)seem to take a while and accessing the dvd drive do as well and last night when i tried to play COH set to highest settings it was pausing and jerking in placers any ideas to way this might be, please find specs below cheers
