| Newbie Rep Power: 6  |  upgrade i had upgraded from vista basic to premium, unfortunately i have had to do a system restore (back to factory settings). when i tried to install disc to upgrade again it is telling me some files are missing and it can't complete the upgrade. i wonder if anyone has had that problem and might be ablr to tell me how to remedy it. thanks HOSS. |

If you do not have a Recovery installation DVD, then you can use this method to do a clean install with a Upgrade version of Vista. Perhaps it would install better this way.
