Dual boot with Mac OS X

I am about to create a new partition with paragon, and I'm just wondering if anyone knows if my pc will be compatible with this settup.

I have Amd Athlon64 3800+

Mac installation cds OS X v.10.4.8

My System SpecsSystem Spec

Alright, now i know that mac cds are .dmg images... and pc cant recognize them. Is there any program that unpacks the data in these cds to my pc, so i can make them into an iso?
