| Newbie Rep Power: 6  |  Permissions I was wondering if there was a way to setup a restriction on Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit, to restrict users changing the background? as their is a shared account between two kids (14 and 11) i want to keep one locked as the default no matter what they do.. is this possible?
