E-mail links

Every time I click on a link on an incoming e-mail, I get a message box with a large white cross on a red background saying "Windows cannot find...//ionmx.com/apps/redir.aspx?type.... " and then asks me if I typed the name correctly and then try again.

Is this something to do with my security settings? I am using Windows Mail on Vista

Is this the complete error message? It seems like there is something missing.

Be sure to x out any personal information that may be in it.
