Please help!

I am a nursing student and am required to view my Anatomy and Physiology interactive cd; however, my Vista Premium macromedia projector is not working properly. I checked windows site and was given all of these different things to try. Well, I did and now I am Pist because nothing seems to work. I signed up for Reg Cure because it said it would fix my error, but it hasn't. Then, I downloaded the upgrade for Adobe Acrobat 8 because my Adobe 7 stopped working after I installed the Reg Cure. Now, I have dug myself a deeper ditch. Is there anyone who could PLEASE help me dig myself out. I would really appreciate it! Thanx
