| Newbie Rep Power: 5  |  windows explorer has stopped working my explorer has stop working,after boot..the dialog box jump out and say a problem caused the explorer stop work and have to close the program..then the screen become blank,no start menu,no icon no anythings.i try to use the keyboard to open the task manager and start the new task,but its work.i have no idea whats was going wrong with it..please..does anyone know how to fix this problem...? |

By all means suggest an alternate browser, but when someone asks for help fixing something, it would be nice to offer some of that too. Also, the original poster is talking about ***windows*** explorer - as in it crashes when on the desktop and hence there is no desktop no icons, etc... @jaag - you are talking about Windows explorer, not Internet explorer, right? |
