Error #5 Can you help me

Hi

Since i acquired Vista Home premium, everytime on switch on my computer I get Update Manager Error #5.
Can anyone help me with a noddy guide on how to get this fixed.

Many thanks for the above info. It didnt work for me but I tried the following which worked for me:
go to Installshield update folder, right click on ISUSPM and go to properities. Under the compatability tab mark, check "Run this program in compatability mode for windows xp service pack 2
