| vista home premium 32bit | winhlp32.exe I asked this in MS newsgroups and they sent me here I have Vista Home Premium 32 bit. I want to download winhlp32.exe. I tried to download X64 and it says 'update does not apply to your system.' I thought that I if I downloaded SP1, I could then download it. Everything I read tells me I should be able to download this file. What do I need to do?  if I smile pretty will someone please help me make this work?Thanks Steph |
