icon status keeps changing

hey guys

this is starting to get a little annoying. in all my different folders my icons are arranged in a different way. (some large some details some list.....etc..) but most of the time its all jumbled up and ill have to spend about 30 seconds re- arranging it all the time i visit the folder.

any solutions?
