So if I don't have a Floppy drive.A.. then I should just do the DVD Drive First.. THEN the HD.. Right. and whats the Network Drive Boot Option.. I'm using a Wireless Card. that have something to do with that??
Yup, and don't do anything with the Network Drive option. That;s if you're actually booting from a drive networked from another machine, so it's not what you need.
I've always had Floppy, CD, then HDD, but it really doesn't matter if you set the HDD's first because you can always boot to your BIOS and change the 1st boot device to your DVD if/when you need it. But if you're installing Vista right away, which I take it you are, then set your DVD first and then the HDD and you can always speed your boot times by a few seconds later on by changing that to HDD 1st and DVD 2nd after you get the OS installed.

but newer BIOSs should (almost always) have the option of simply setting the floppy drive to "not installed" or "not applicable" or whatever the option allowed under floppy drives.
Do you have a floppy installed? If not, then make sure your BIOS isn't still showing a floppy (1.44 MB / 2.88 MB) under the floppy section (usually located below the HD section). If you *do* have a floppy and the BIOS is halting....

Re: Problems with 64Bit.....?

I actually already got them to stop.. thanks tho, it boots fine, I just got rid of the 1.44 thing..

oh and if I remember correct. the 750 came out after the 780/790 becuase they wanted to make an enthusiasts board that was good but easier on the pockets than what you have.. so I thought it was actually newer than yours.. so the BIOS isn't 3 years old.. and I didn't flash the BIOS.. but I did update the drivers for the Mobo..

and I kno where that is.. but I'm not sure if HALT is on or not. I can't member I kno wheer to look tho..

and whats this $#!T about.. look to the left.. look above my picture. See that.. ya, I've been askin for a beer ALL this time with no one giving me anything, you think you can ask for one right now and just get what you want.. you must be crazy.. Hoe, what you smokin.. lol. I've been askin for a beer for a WHILE now with no one passin a cold one!

no I do not have a floppy.. so where I see the 1.44 / 2.88 stuff I should change that.. that will fix it??
yes. By having a device set there you are telling your BIOS that you have a 1.44 floppy device installed, and thus the BIOS goes looking for it. This is not a *boot* issue it is a *missing device * issue - and that is what the BIOS has been telling you all along - Floppy not found, because this setting says "Floppy is installed".

750 came out after the 780/790? Maybe it was released by eVGA after the 780/790 boards were, but the specs for the 750 chipset and the 780 were released at the same time and the 790 came right after....

nForce 750 & 780 Tri-SLI Due November, 790i SLI January

And these are 6 month old chipsets - I'd *highly* doubt that you'd get a 3 year old BIOS with a brand new motherboard with a brand new chipset....
