Reinstall Adobe and uninstall it properly. You could find the Adobe registry key and remove it.

If my research was accurate, then "Fast Restore Application" is some kind of updating software installed onto your computer by the manufacturers, which would appear to be "Lenovo". You can disable this by following this procedure:
  1. Click "Start"
  2. In the search box, type "MSCONFIG" (without quotes), and press <ENTER>
  3. Click the "Startup" tab to select it
  4. Find the entry with a command for "UpdateMonitor.exe", and remove the checkmark from it.
  5. Click "OK"
  6. Click "Restart" and allow the system to reboot

I did that, but didn't find UpdateMonitor.exe in my startup tab.
