| Newbie Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Problem Well I have a pretty bad problem. Basically I cannot log into the administrator account anymore. I am the administrator and I type in the proper password that is not the problem. The problem comes in after the password is entered. It says User P Service service could not log in. Log in failed. It runs ok in safe mode but I can't do anything as an administrator any longer and cannot get into the administrator account... =( Plz help. |

You're in a guest account but you're only typing in your password? That doesn't sound right at all. I am obviously missing something. When you are in a limited user account and need administrative privileges, you should be asked for both a username and password, right? Or does it already show you your admin username and only ask for you password? If so, and you cannot boot into that account, then that is part of your problem.... You'll want to boot into the ultra hidden administrator account (called Administrator) in order to fix your original profile first so you can boot into it.... |
