| vista home premium | am i in the right place? I'm hoping i'm in the right place, my pc shut down (low batter) as an email was sending, the email is still in my outbox, Microsoft won't let me delete it, or move it etc. It is preventing me sending any emails, IT JUST WON'T go away  can someone help?
