Yeah, I later realized that - the last time I made a screen shot of my desktop it was 500K, so I couldn't understand why this was so much larger - unless it is because of the color?

I reverted to the old desktop and took a screen shot and it was the same as before - ~500 K - so it has to be because of the images I am using....

Thanks, m8t - although the real thanks go out to Christopher Nolan for such brilliant directing and Heath Ledger for what is in my opinion one of the 10 best performances of all time.

(In case you ahven't figured it out, this is a movie *worth* going to see - even at inflated prices of today's movies)

Re: Post your Desktops!

Here's mine. Don't like icons on my desktop so I use Objectdock. The system gadgets on the sidebar are 'multi-meter' and 'Everest Meter' used in conjunction with Everest. Oh and a digital clock I found on Windows Sidebar gallery thingy...

The background image was from Deviant Art I think. I like desktops of 3D art or abstract strangeness. This one I like a lot but I'm afraid I can't remember any details about it...

Awesome desktops everyone. Mine is very plain, but function over form. I like the classic icons.

Here's mine. Background is just a scene I made in Garry's Mod. I set up a few scenes with CSS Terrorists in Black Mesa from HL1.
