Jekyll and Hyde, that is a gorgeous background!!! So gorgeous in fact, that I immediately went in search of the original image to make my own background from it (I have a different resolution than you at 1650 by 1050). I found it at the wikipedia article about the blue jay, there's a very high res version of this pic there, if anyone is interested in making a background out of it for their own resolution. I got my RSS Feed from MintyWhite today with another batch of free wallpapers in it and saw the Blue Jay was among them.

It's a great picture Chris I was going to tell you I liked it when I first saw it but got waylaid with other things, but better late than never, great find

Its a pleasure, and especially nice when people appreciate things, I am sorry to not have replied sooner, but since having had a Migraine since Wednesday night, I have been in bed till now non-stop sleepathon!!!

Anyway I am just about coming alive again, and will indeed keep them coming.......I'm so pleased you liked it, I love the colors on that bird, and the whole picture is so crisp and perfect for this cold spell we are in I thought but its one I will keep and use alot.

Just realised Joan that you mentioned Minty White and I forgot to add that I too get emails each day from Minty White and when I saw that, I could not resist makes me long for a better Monitor!! but 1280x1024 does me fine........for now.

If only we would get visitors as beautiful as that in our garden, but no, too many cat owners and we are lucky if we see a Blackbird here and there
