Directory Problems

Hey guys, newbie here :) quick question - I have an application trying to write to the folder - C:\Documentum\contentXfer\send\ the app is trying to create some new folders and files in that directory. But i keep getting an error that say Content transfer: Could not create the directory for sending content:
C:\Documentum\contentXfer\send\121570333633526426059\
Ive taken ownership of the folder and it still doesnt work. Any suggestions?

It may help if you told us what the application is, and what it is supposed to be doing.

Have you contacted the support team for that program on their website (if they have one), or have you checked for updates on their website that may address this problem?

The application is Documentum/webpublisher. It basically uploads a file to the website. im not sure what its doing behind the scenes and what it needs to create the directory for. i just know it does it.

Have you tried running the application with administrative privileges?

Right click the shortcut to the application and select "Run as administrator"
