| vista home premium 32bit | cannot access control panel When try to get into the control panel, i get a message that says Windows Explorer has stopped working, then one that says Windows will restart your computer and it does. Keeps up this cycle. I have Vista 32bit, have run spyware and virus scans. HELP. |

| Vista Enterprise x64 | Re: cannot access control panel You can also try instead of launching the Control Panel from the start menu start > run > type control > press enter See if that makes any difference on the launch. Might not make a difference just trying to throw some new things out there to try. |
