| Vista Ultimate x64 SP2 Beta | Hello and directx Hi, im new to Vista forums so hello to u all!  I have one question. (that's a start  )They all say or the web...that directx 10.1 will automaticly download with Vista SP1, is that true? because my windows update isn't downloading it. Is it a problem with my update or Directx 10.1 isn't out yet. If it isn't out yet and there are already stories about Directx 11. Does that make sence or am i wrongly informed? |

| Vista Ultimate X64 | Re: Hello and directx Hi Iceman_377 I just checked my install log of everything that has been dowloaded/installed by Windows Update and checked the log of optional updates. No direct X is listed for me. My Vista works fine for me. I performed a fresh install 2 weekends ago with SP1 as a seperate install then let windows update do the rest. Raj |
