Ok...
I'm the village idiot I know, but can someone plz help?

I changed my password to something clever last night around midnight30....
went to work, horrible day, forgot password...

normally system takes you to page to reset, correct?
mine says no drive
insert USB or floppy and try again
did that, well, not floppy but CD b/c my laptop has no place for floppy...
still does not work
cannot access admin only guest user, etc
aggravated, can't get to ANY of my stuff, pics, papers, etc
is there ANY way around this?

Please can some super genius step up, take my hand and help me?

A repair install will reset your passwords. You should setup a backup account to login.

To access the Administrator Account in Home Premium go to Start>All Programs>Accessories and right-click Command Prompt.

Choose Run As Administrator followed by Continue and type in this command:

net user administrator /active:yes

Hit Enter to execute the command and then type Exit and hit Enter again to close the prompt.

Log off and back on then open the Administrator Account.

Hi Ultimate User,

Unfortunately that would not help gain acces back since Sherry did not know her password and would not be able to run an elevated command prompt without it. :(

Good thought though.
