Sounds like you have a tid bit of spyware on the laptop as it is by the home page redirecting you. I would just start over from scratch with a reload, that way you can get the full experience of installing Vista. Don't forget about some Anti-Spyware or Anti-Virus programs too, sounds like that could be an issue.

I don't think it's a spyware...

First, IE becoming really slow, so i decided to reset it... that's when all the pop ups and redirecting happened.

AVG Free Edition, 7.5, i think i want to upgrade/change to: PC Tools Antivirus Free ONCE i get access to admin account again.

And built in firewall. I think all Windows have built in firewall?

You just have to go in "Control Panel", "Security Center" and disable W. F/W
before you install Comodo, no it's not a thirty day trial. That's the paid version.

Oh and i have 1 more question, why is it sometime Vista stopped working? Like Windows is not responding and then it restart the windows...

Oh and is this software safe to use many times? explorestart .From Nirsfot.
I used it when Windows not responding.
