| Vista Home Premium x64 | Re: Blue Screen problem The first thing to try is to go to HP's site and see if all of your drivers are up to date. Run Windows update to make sure it is all up to date. You can also try going to your windows control panel, then go to Problem reports and solutions and if available check for new solutions |

| Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: Blue Screen problem The blue screen of death means your computer crashed. Did you install new hardware recently? If the drivers and solutions don't work, you can try to go to the event viewer. Just type event in the taskbar at start and open the app. Check for errors and write down the error codes and descriptions somewhere. Then go to google (or to microsoft at their online chat), type in the error codes and see what comes up and which solutions. Maybe post the error codes here too. Amplid |
