So is your 'All Programs' list empty, except for a 'Programs' folder?

Have a look in this directory:
Code:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
This folder should have all the programs etc that *should* be appearing in your All Programs list. If there's a folder called Programs in this folder, just move the contents up one level so it is in the ...\Start Menu\Programs folder instead.

You may need to do the same with this folder:
Code:
C:\Users\[I][username][/I]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Hey,

Dont worry it fixed itself after a reboot. Still strange though. I was wondering why there are are two start programs registrys aswell^. Whats the difference between the two?

Whats the difference between the two?

One is for 'All Users' (the one in the Program Data folder), and the other is just for a specific user.

If you right-click on Start and click Explore, you'll get the user's Start Menu folder. If you click 'Explore All Users', you'll get the folder for all users. These two lists are combined into one single Start Menu.
