How can I STRETCH my pics again?

Hello, I just upgraded from windows Xp to Vista and I'm really bummed out to learn that when I run my screen saver slide shows on my 42" plasma monitor there is no way to set it to "stretch" the smaller sized pictures like Xp used to do. I realize that most people could care less about this but this screen saver issue is HUGE to me. I would welcome any help from anyone regarding this. I'm hoping there's a simple solution that I'm missing.

There is a free graphics utility that allows you to resize images. WOW ;) 42" computer monitor, I thought I had the caddy of monitors when I went to the 22" widescreen :p.

Anyway, here's the link to the utility: Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing

If this is helpful to you, please add to my rep :D
